Rachel Verni

Director of Undergraduate Research

Professional Bio:

Dr. Rachel Verni is Hunter’s first Director of Undergraduate Research. In this position, Dr. Verni directs Hunter’s Undergraduate Research Initiative, plans Hunter’s annual Undergraduate Research Conference and oversees Hunter’s NSF-funded Science Mathematics Opportunities Network (SciMON), which facilitates and supports undergraduate research opportunities within STEM-related disciplines. Dr. Verni received her graduate degree in psychology from The City University of New York Graduate Center in 2011.
